Entering and Locking Up

 

The code to unlock the door will be sent to you in your welcome/check-in email. Simply enter the code provided and allow the door to unlock before turning the handle to enter.

 

IMPORTANT!

(only lock/unlock doors using the keypads. The lower locks should never be used or you can lock yourself out of the house.)


Pool & Spa Controls

IMPORTANT!

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS can severely damage the equipment, result in additional charges and make the pool unusable for the rest of your stay.

 

Please note, you must STOP PRIOR to hitting the end as this will damage the motor. Press the open button until the cover is on the tile then release so it stops before hitting the end.

 

Do not open the cover with water on it. This could be from rain water. There is a pool cover pump you may use to pump water from the cover. Pump in on the NW corner of the house in a Brown Box. Plug in power and put connected hose out towards the rock. Place pump on cover in the water and allow time to pump off.

 

Do NOT turn on the water feature prior to opening the pool cover. 

 

Do NOT close the cover without turning off the waterfall and waiting for it to completely stop before closing the cover.

 

Remove all floating toys or other items prior to opening or closing the cover. They can roll up in the cover and cause damage.

 

Please limit your use of the control pad to controlling the lights, water feature and jets. You may also switch heating from the spa to the pool using the "spa" and "pool" buttons.

 

Opening the Pool & Spa Covers

The pool cover control is on left and the hot tub cover control is on the right. 

Enter 1234 then press the check mark button to unlock the Pool & Spa covers. 

Then press the right arrow button to open the cover and the left arrow button to close the cover.


Pool & Spa Temperatures:

Located next to the BBQ.  

To turn on the heat to the spa press the spa button. You will see a green light and the panel will say spa. This may take a few minutes to heat if not already to temperature. When done, press the spa button again to send heat back to the pool.. Pool Temp is automatically controlled. If you need help with pool temperatures, please text us.

 

 

 

 


 

Towells

We have placed black makeup towels in each bathroom prior to your arrival. 

Please do not use the white towels for makeup removal. 

Please don’t take the white towels out to the pool as the red sand of Southern Utah damages them.

Garbage Day

Even with extra garbage cans we provide at Sand Hollow Springs, they can fill up fast! 

Garbage day is Thursday morning. If part of your stay happens on a Wednesday, please take any cans that have garbage out to the street Wednesday night, to make sure there are enough garbage cans for the rest of your stay or for the next incoming group. Thank you.


 

 

 

 

 

Please use provided towels to wipe feet to help keep the court clean for your use.

Please keep and re-place Paddles and balls and other items back to their original locations to be stored. 

Any spills or Dirt please sweep or clean up.


 

 

House Audio

Connect your phone and play your favorite songs. Ceiling speakers are all throughout the House, Basement, and Sports Court. Join the WiFi and you can stream via AirPlay or Google Play to any of those areas. 

Each room then has a manual volume slider on the wall. Enjoy!


Check Out

BEFORE YOU LEAVE PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

Sheets & Pillowcases

Take all dirty sheets & pillowcases off the beds & put in a pile on the floor. Please leave mattress covers on the beds.

Towels

Please put all dirty/used towels in a pile on the shower floor.

Dishes

Rinse dirty dishes and load and start dishwasher before you leave

Trash

Before leaving make sure all of your garbage is cleaned up and taken to the outside trash

Last items

  • Clean up messes and leave furnishings in the state you found them upon arrival (including patio furniture)
  • Turn off all lights, electronics.
  • Close and lock doors (only lock using the keypads. The lower twist locks should not be used)

Checkout is 10am

If you would like a late checkout, please contact us. Availablility is based on housekeeping and maintenance crews schedules.

House Rules

  • HOA and City ordinances do not allow parking on the street. The city will ticket and fine any guests parking on the street and we will have to charge additional fees as well.
  • No pets allowed on furniture.
  • No smoking in home or on premises.
  • No glass near pool.
  • No lifeguard on duty! Swim at your own risk. Pool & hot tub hours are from 6amto 11pm.
  • Use makeup towels to remove makeup, not white towels
  • You are responsible for the amoutn of pool towels you check out. There will be a $50.00 fee for any lost or damaged towels.
  • The maximum number of vehicles on the property is 8.
  • The maximum occupancy of the property is 32

City Ordinances

  • Cannot create noises that by reason of time, nature, intensity or deration are out of character with noises customarily heard in the surrounding residential neighborhood.
  • Do not disturb the pease of surrounding residential property residence by engaging in shouting, fighting, playing of loud music racing of cars or recreational vehicles on streets, engaging in outside recreational activities afte 10pm, or other similar activities.
  • Do not interfere with the privacy of surrounding residence or trespass onto surrounding residential properties.
  • Do not engage in any disorderly conduct, including illegal consumption of drugs and/or alcohol.
